Whooper Swan (eng.)
Sangsvane (da.)
Cygnus cygnus (sc.)
Whooper swans come in Denmark in late autumn or early winter.
They don’t build any nest here, and is possible to see them in many fields, eating and waiting for a good season to turn back over Arctic circle.
What a boring life….
All photos are made with the Sigma 500mm f4.5, except for one with 180mm f2.8 and one with 105mm f2 DC (when it was the longest lens I have).
